Non Residential Use
Our lots are sold for non residential use. They are not intended, and may not be used, as your primary or secondary residence. If you are unsure whether your intended use is allowed, ask us before you buy.
Verify Before You Buy
We work hard to keep property information accurate, but zoning, utilities, access, and restrictions vary by county and can change. Before purchasing, please verify directly with the county or governing body:
- Zoning classification and any deed or HOA restrictions
- Whether road access is a recorded legal easement
- Availability of power, water, and septic capacity
- Flood zone status and other environmental considerations
- Any restrictions relevant to your specific plans for the property
Photos and Descriptions Are a Starting Point
Terrain and conditions can change. Property descriptions are not a substitute for an independent site visit or a professional survey, and GPL does not guarantee a property is suitable for any use beyond what is stated in your purchase agreement.
